I know the documentary just came out but it still bewilders me how little Reeve’s Superman is brought up with popularity of superhero movies. These movies were ICONIC. The John Williams score. The true representation of the character. Being a kid and watching a real life Superman was something else.

Korean cinema continues to astound me. There is a certain lack of superficiality to their movies that drive the story even further into immersion. The veneer is much thinner. It’s as if I’m actually watching these events transpire. This country has won my heart simply through the lense. What a film.

I would just like to take credit for this as I’ve been saying for months that Werewolves are one of the most underrepresented creatures in horror, and Eggers would smash the lore behind them. And here we are. This and upcoming Batman projects are why I don’t end it all now.

This movie checks all the boxes for me. It’s like if my favorite colors were the main character of a movie. Having read the book I still didn’t know what was gonna happen. Great effects and choices here.
