If they aren't serious right now they aren't going to be the requisite amount of serious when it matters either. This kind of effort after what happened the last 3 games is downright insulting to anyone who follows them.

Boston isn’t hard tanking. They have 75% of the talent the Wolves have and they play very hard.
The cruise control Wolves could easily lose.
This year’s team is arguably more disappointing than the actual bad teams with bad coaches that might have been putting forth a good faith effort to win.

I agree with you about a ball handler. But, it’s the dumb ass decisions they make throughout the course of a game that add up. Plus the lack of a ball handler, plus the poor fundamentals. They are extremely talented. But, not extremely talented between the ears where it matters most.
