Apologies for not posting, I’ve been doing other things since the last post, I would say life has gotten better since then but the past few days has been draining, I am not happy mentally and keep having the same nightmares and fears constantly going through my head, my mind is a mess and I don’t-

I kinda forgot to give an update since last week so I’ll do that know,
The rest of my family are completely fine and have moved on mostly, I wish I could say the same, I know eventually I’ll have to but I just don’t feel like now’s the time, i still miss her and wish I had my dog back
