I've decided to go by Ashley, a Bi, NB Trans Woman. It suits my gender identity better and has the added advantage of of being both a boy and girl name for 'those occasions'. Don't get me wrong, I'm a trans woman and wish I could have transitioned in my teens, but here we are (see earlier post).

Tastes very sweet, despite no added sugar, and the texture is quite dense. Which is how I like it.

It's #Glutenfree and #SugarFree.
Tastes very sweet, despite no added sugar, and the texture is quite dense. Which is how I like it.

Last Saturday I woke up to a puddle under the kitchen sink. It appeared to be coming from the main stop tap, so put a bowl inner it. Then noticed a drip from the washing machine cold feed.
Called our plumbing service and immediately the drips stop. They came yesterday and did SFA.

I made my first Christmas Pudding today. #Glutenfree, #Dairyfree, low fat (only olive oil). Can't provide a photo as it's in a pudding basin covered with parchment paper and foil. But here is the recipe.

Or foster dog had been held up in his safe place most of the day bc his mom went out with a friend. I even had to coax him out to eat. He's had a lot of trauma this year, and with my health issues I've been part of that.
I wish he'd come to me when he's feeling a bit down, but he wants his mom.
