Day 14 - I broke another treadmill record (in modern history, I used to do that for 40 minutes 25 years ago lol).
Watching a cooking show where the guy cooking is having a conversation with Ali Larter and I would simply lose the competition. I would be at rapt attention.

I made my first ever therapy appointment for next Tuesday.
I wish I knew what to expect, but I hope it shifts me back into normal.
Being anxious for this long is exhausting and terrifying when you're not used to it.
