The hold this issue has had on me since I first read it back in 1994! It’s easily one of the most reread and studied and personally imprinted issues from my collection and such a defining Jean Grey moment.

First up in the documented comic book catch-up: X-treme X-Men (2022-2023).
I’m a big fan of the OG X-treme run, clunky as it could be, and used to collect it religiously and wrote fan fic inspired by it and how I would’ve cleaned up some of Claremont’s plots (the gall!!!).
