I am reminded of the fact that many people either dismiss or mock claims of anxiety.
To which I say, lucky you. I hope you never have to experience it. I hope you never have to feel almost constantly paralyzed by fear, often struggling to catch your breath, with no way to turn it off.

For whatever reason I'm having an anxiety spike after two weeks of being mostly stable.
I do have emergency pills for this.
I'm giving the 100 proof Polish cherry liquor a crack at it first.
