Took the car to the mechanics' for one of those scheduled inspections and managed to only partially embarrass myself. For someone who only knows that cars have four wheels and vroom, I'm pretty proud of myself.

I pick dead skin/lightly scratch myself/bite the inside of my cheeks to self soothe (not ND but have lifelong anxiety) and these came up on my search. I tend to impulse buy gadgets but I'd like to stop fucking up my nails. They're called Little Ouchies.
