I am well all things considered. Trying to keep on keeping on in this age that always seems to say "But wait! There's more!" No matter how absurd, uncertain or distressing things are. I am thankful for what stability I do have, and still look forward to tomorrow more than I dread it.

Sadly, by all appearances this seemingly simple request is treated as though it is a completely outlandish and unreasonable expectation to have of people. Simultaneously they will lash out even to the point of violence if you point out that their views are demonstrably false.

For it's time Alan Wake offered a unique experience and original gameplay mechanics. I never saw it as mediocre, but I will admit it has not aged as well as other big titles from that year.

You need to play Control and Quantum Break along with the Night Springs DLC. I don't want to spoil anything, but doing so will give you a lot more context.
