Am I the asshole if I report my neighbors to animal control? Video shows the bordering fence to our yard. My bedroom window is 10 feet away. Every morning around 3-4am i have to their 10+ roosters crowing alm day. I don't live in the country. I live about a mile from SoFi stadium in Los Angeles.
