New band alert: #Louisville, Kentucky's STRANGE BIRDS carry with them the DIY ethos and punk sensibilities of their earlier years while churning out mature songs that blend together the three friends' extensive and eclectic musical past.

R.I.P. Joseph Hunter Byrd Jr., born in #Louisville on December 19, 1937.
