I’m feeling proud to be a Victorian today. It’s 191 years since white settlement and we finally have a treaty with First Nations people. They have been here for at least 60,000 years. The very least we can do through this treaty is say ″we see you and we hear you″.

This is a really beautiful thing. First Nations people are being beyond generous in asking non-Indigenous people to walk with them on the journey through Treaty for Victoria. If you want to be proud of this country, then this is something I believe we should support.
