like the first thing you learn on day one of studying "War Powers| Use of Force| Counterterrorism| Law of War| War Crimes| Arms Sales" (or really any criminal law) is "homicide is typically frowned upon" and yet we have a fucking government where the media will not print that fact

right. that's, optimistically, on the order of 0.1% of all the words that exist. that puts you in the very upper left-hand corner of this graph, which is roughly "for any parameter count, equivalent to not having built a model at all."
