Peak has arrived
In some way this is no longer a concept; a fellow developer named iPrograminCpp has basically turned this into an actual thing, with my permission. Best thing is it doesn't even make use of Electron, and actually works on Windows XP and 2000!

Why not all of the Unreal games? It's not like they're doing anything with 2003/2004, UT3, Unreal 2 or the UC games. Remember, those were all removed from storefronts, too.
