It really was not a big deal, just super amusing and a little bit annoying because I lost sleep. Housemate was more stressed than I was for sure

I dunno if I’ve ever seen a more burnt vegetable

And then later on you find a pumpkin skin outside and it’s so so burnt that when you step on it it cracks and makes sounds like thin plastic breaking

So somebody needs to tell the firemen when they come that there’s no fire it’s just that your housemate has adhd and likes to cook, for some reason, late at night

And the whole house smelled like smoke and burnt squash and your alarm system uses a service that automatically calls the fire department
