Voting is harm reduction. It's like being a street medic giving the homeless test strips. No, test strips won't save them. They need housing, medical and psych care, probably a whole hospital. But they will be even worse without test strips.
That politician you want to prop up, is not going to be the answer or resolve the inherent problems the country is undergoing, but anyone you elect that isn't MAGA or the regressive GOP is a step in the correct direction.
