He is in a standard compartment too. Maybe first class was full. But what I'm wondering is why no-one wanted to sit by him. Lennon would have been swamped by now!

The government guidelines say most people found in possession of N2O will get community penalties and fines, but ~500 a year will probably be jailed for large amounts, repeated offences, etc.
