Fun fact. It's actually a TV manufactory issue. It's due to the shitty sound setup of modern flat screens. When film and TV are mixed they're doing it with like proper stereo or surround which is then edited down to stereo, but modern TVs like aren't configured right, honestly try the mono setting.
