ok so incredibly for real right now: this 3 color magenta mountain tileset
i changed hosting providers and the wordpress migration plugin failed out at 70% but it looks like my whole site is here? i don't see any missing content and it looks like a new post worked right? yet the database is suspiciously smaller than the old one

lookin like we might finally have a unified choose your adventure maker interface on our hands. using all human-readable gussied up txt files. also slick and fun to work on. the CYOA level editor i've wanted to see in the world.

the last job i worked as a designer 10+ years ago i fought with my boss more than once over the fact that he had to compensate me for my time spent on process not just given a pittance for the final product. i keep thinking he and guys like him must love GenAI, no more uppity artists demanding wages
GenAI is allowed to be successful because these careerists climb a corpo ladder, see things in abstract. No matter how much one pleads, they would rather use AI to "get something done" than actually consider how the process is important to the workflow. If it makes an image, why bother with process?

you chance upon a wreck in the shoals of the sea of time, this one looks different to the others you've seen but its spirit is equal to those of the mysterious legends
I found this unfinished model of the Jylland, a Danish frigate,in my father’s workspace after he had passed away.
I painted it as he had left it, scuttled by circumstance and left upended when he fell ill. Perhaps painting it helped finish it.

one night i fled utah just after sundown and rode east as hard as i could, ripping down I-80 in the dark, hell behind and home ahead. it had been a long day already but there was no staying. in nervous energy and to stay awake i played The Wall front to back while describing the movie adaptation.
