Has your doctor given you an arbitrary end date for your HRT? This is NOT backed by any clinical data. The Menopause Society’s position paper makes it clear, long term use of HRT is safe and can prevent cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and dementia. I plan to go to the grave with my patch on!
