I love & respect my fellow therapists who work in agencies, but please can we move away from the rhetoric that every graduate should experience life at an agency?
I’ve seen yall complain about being burnt out and underpaid. Why would you want other therapists to experience that? #blueskytherapists

I love & respect my fellow therapists who work in agencies, but please can we move away from the rhetoric that every graduate should experience life at an agency?

Graduate school didn’t prepare me for:
-Helping clients cope with political chaos
-A pandemic
-An insurrection
-Systemic oppression
-A capitalist healthcare system making it more difficult to access care
