.1%, the gap between even 1% and .1% is insane. 1, depending on geo is around 500k-750k, but .1 is about 2.8m+ a yr. This is important as most under the .1% pay normal tax rates with few real tax loopholes. The .1%, especially the billionaires, dont pay or pay little.

You've nailed it. The top 10% is more complex than this makes it seem. The jump between 10% to 1% is large and to .1% is massive. 10 to 2ish% depending on geo, are wage earners w/ stock taxed as wages and so taxed more heavily, not European heavy but US heavy. The .1 know how to avoid completely
