An egg-and-cress sandwich at Heathrow airport terminal 5. It was available in the grab and go shops for a few years and then vanished. Fresh white bread, the egg salad tasted good and was salted just right. The cress was so tender….sigh.

Having adult kids back home while working feels strange. Their work life is outside - they are supposed to be on vacation when home with us! (Kid on a rotation that’s nearer home so easier to go from here than his apartment)
