This is also why I absolutely hate when people try to frame racism as mental illness or insanity. It ignore the reality of racism being socially constructed, offers an out for those engaging in racism, and very important here, it demonizes those with mental illnesses leading to violence against them

It's clear from the article that ICE is *miserable* here. They're freezing their asses off and being harassed everywhere they go. Property managers aren't allowing them access to rental properties and people know their rights and aren't letting them in.
