I turned 42 yesterday. I received a lovely cookbook from my husband, then went out for a coffee and to write while he went to work. At the dispensary, the budtender was sweet and said my new license photo looks almost exactly like my old one. I later edged and ordered a pizza for lunch.

I had a really good dream last night where the main characters from my comic acted as a team to take out some ICE agents and free people from a vehicle that the scum fucks tried to snatch up. Very Danger Room opening sequence teamwork with some mangled nazis at the end :)

One of my coworkers who has been falling deeper and deeper into libertarianism continues to be the worst and say awful things about groups of people and countries. Today, so far, includes awful takes on Africa, Mexico, and, of course, Palestine.

Just got home from a distraction trip to Freddys and the dispensary, and when I got in, I looked to his pile of blankets, then his pillow in front of the patio, and his blanket on the table by the window and called out for him because he wasn’t in any of them. But he’s not here anymore.
