I think this might be what the Trump administration is angling for. This is the only explanation that makes sense to me, at least. They know they're losing, and they're getting desperate. Declaring martial law, and suspending elections seems like their hail mary.

Over a month ago Tiktok hired a new hate speech manager, Erica Mindel, who is a former US state department contractor who worked for ambassador Deborah Lipstadt. Erica is also a former IDF instructor. This is an indication TikTok (at least in the US) is going to crack down on anti-Zionist content.

I would highly recommend any anti-Zionist political content creators on TikTok to seek out other platforms that you can upload your content to, and fast. TikTok is going to start cracking down on any criticism of Israel. TikTok is now a hostile platform to anti-Zionism.

So far this has been the best take regarding Charlie Kirk's shooter, Tyler Robinson. With the little we know about him thus far it seems inconclusive what his ideology is.

One thing I think though is there is a decent chance he would've gotten away with it if it weren't for his family.
You'd expect a coherent ideology, but instead we get a helldivers reference, a weeb senzawa 2019 meme, and a childish "if you're reading this you're gay LMAO". I guess this fits the terminally online weeb groypers on twitter. So his ideology was just that he was a fucking loser?

Some folks will try to malign Communism, without really knowing what it is or equating it with the USSR under Stalin. This is simply not the case. Communism is simply the next, more advanced phase of Socialism. It has nothing to do with dictatorial rule or authoritarian governance.

Capitalism is a system designed by the owning class to exploit the rest of us for their own profit. We must replace it with democratic socialism, a system where ordinary people have a real voice in our workplaces, neighborhoods, and society. We believe there are many avenues that feed into the democratic road to socialism. Our vision pushes further than historic social democracy and leaves behind authoritarian visions of socialism in the dustbin of history. We want a democracy that creates space for us all to flourish not just survive and answers the fundamental questions of our lives with the input of all. We want to collectively own the key economic drivers that dominate our lives, such as energy production and transportation. We want the multiracial working class united in solidarity instead of divided by fear. We want to win "radical" reforms like single-payer Medicare for All, defunding the police/refunding communities, the Green New Deal, and more as a transition to a freer, more just life. We want a democracy powered by everyday people. The capitalist class tells us we are powerless, but together we can take back control.

What is socialism? When most people (in the western world, including North America and Europe) hear the word "socialism" they think of Scandinavian and Central European welfare states that have high taxes and different forms of social security nets. It is a common misconception that these countries are socialistic. The correct term to describe these countries is "social democracy", which is a revisionist form of socialism that does not advocate for a transition to the socialistic mode of production. These countries are by all accounts still capitalistic; they advocate for a reform of the current status quo, not a complete transition from capitalism to socialism. What socialism is, actually, is a political and economic theory of social organisation which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned and regulated by the community as a whole, rather than by private individuals. Socialists believe that workers have a right to "reap what they sow", i.e. that they have a right to the value that they produce, and that capitalists who do nothing but own businesses, factories, corporations, etc., do not have any right to steal value from the hard-working labourers. Socialism is inherently an anti-capitalistic ideology, and socialists believe that capitalism is an outdated system that has to be replaced, in order for the working class to achieve true freedom from oppression and exploitation.
