Flus took over an awful team 3 years ago but he hasn't shown he can progress the team any further. Decision making isn't solid, clock management is questionable and defensive play calling is just ok.

I liked the Waldron hire, but he could not find any type of rhythm or balance against even mediocre defenses. Not much hope for the rest of the season.
