nice! it always warms my heart knowing there's some small cluster of dedicated nerds out there playing Spellbreak on fan servers (though no one had to crack it, proletariat put out a "community edition" build after the servers shut down. this is way more complicated)

my brain had not made this connection before, but looking at it now and wondering why i never did.

every time i see another player i use the emotes for "hey!" and "don't shoot!" and it's either a 20 minute run hunting robots and loot while chatting with a stoned kid in their twenties OR i am shot to death almost immediately
