Stuffed publano peppers, riasted pork loin on spanish rice, and jalapeño corn bread! Humble ingredients, but not humble flavors!

First post here! Of coarse it would be a food post! Leftover dough from pupusas for a mexican inspired "pie" dish with chicken mole. I grade myself a "D" on execution, but an "A" on flavor! Not all my dishes are so pretty, but that's how I grow. There is no failure in early attempts at success!
