In line with a resolution I made for 2025, (Keeping resolutions, in this apocalypse!? The show must go on.) Instead of under-selling myself and my skills, I oversell my talents for a while? Not for the whole year. Just until Memorial Day! More self praise, less self doubt. Even if I have to fake it.

First post here! Of coarse it would be a food post! Leftover dough from pupusas for a mexican inspired "pie" dish with chicken mole. I grade myself a "D" on execution, but an "A" on flavor! Not all my dishes are so pretty, but that's how I grow. There is no failure in early attempts at success!
