My idea: surface streets in urban area limited to 30 km/h. Those streets are for everyone - kids playing, moms with strollers, etc. A limited number of urban boulevards with 50 km/h limit intended for cars/bicycles.

Wikipedia says the first year for the Omega was 1973, so I guess mine was a '73.

1972 Oldsmobile Omega that I bought from my brother-in-law in about 1982. Drove it for a couple of years. It had no power steering and an insane number of steering wheel turns lock-to-lock (or maybe it just felt that way).

Just put the leaders debate on the NHL schedule like an "(if necessary)" playoff game. If Columbus lose tonight, the debate goes ahead. If they win, it's postponed.
