Yes, all over Azeroth and you get housing XP for buying items for the first time from outside vendors. I am finding them all over the place (Alpha). At the moment I am following this looking for them housing.wowdb.com/decor/#list-...

Another group of untameable Midnight beasts I added are harrowers - in 6 colours.
With deepflayers they could be added to Bats, but it could also make sense for harrowers, deepflayers, and Legion's felbats to form their own "Dreadbat" family.
For now I've left them out of an official family.
