Scribbling out my thoughts on what I hope will be the outline of a story worth telling... With a pen that I have to wipe off constantly. I love the way it feels in my hand but I can't say it's a great pen. I'll keep using them, though.

Good afternoon (for most of the country)!

I searched my photos for "afternoon" and found that the results were mainly not afternoon. What was interesting was that the results got more relevant the further I scrolled.

I went from getting all my goals for seven days in a row and I got far more heart points than the recommended number.

Sunday I drove all day. Seriously so freaking close on two of those. Wednesday and Thursday I hurt too much.

Today my knee wants to hurt but it politely easier until I got home.

My heart points for the week are thus also low; the screenshot shows 110 of 150. Although that really isn't too bad for not walking for three of the seven days.

I think this crane was enjoying the sprinklers. I'm glad *somebody* did because they made it so I couldn't do my laps. 😡 I've never seen them on on a Friday, it's usually Sunday.

Night shot in the Sierras. Full moon light was incredible.

I'm going to visit my kid in Oregon this weekend, excited about it! This is his cat, from my last visit.
My son's cat who spent my whole first night, the first time I visited, under the couch (I have a funny video of her watching me). She's gotten progressively more comfy with me. I wonder how soon she'll let me pet her. But I digress. Centered in the frame is a stocky tabby cat, lying on her back and looking up at me. I did not fall for the trap. I accidentally got my foot in the photo but that shows how close I was to her.
