I suspected that was the case here and was actually amused when looking it up. Chinese for hyena is Liègǒu ("mane dog"), while dachsund can be Làcháng quǎn ("sausage dog"), sometimes it's referred to as a hunting dog - also apparently Liègǒu.

Sadly I think the only crumb they're giving us is this WPN promo for Commander Party events. Cool art tho!
