Chicken roasted. This recipe is cooked on Very High Temps in a cast iron pan. It's reliably delicious.
Very roasted whole chicken in a cast iron pan. For this recipe you break the leg/thigh joints at the body to lay them flat. Pan is heated to 475-500 degrees for an hour before cooking. Spice chicken and let rest in frig for a few hours before cooking. Place (carefully!!) in pan and roast for 40-50 min.

Cheesecake cooling for tomorrow. I didn't chocolate the whole thing, just mixed some choco chips into the batter. It looks good! The batter was definitely tasty.
