Met Steve Kerr at a meet and greet at Chicago Ridge summer fest in 1997 I believe. He signed my jersey and shook my hand and I got a few pics. 14 year old me tripped over my words telling him he was my fav player.

We were "alarmist" and "unpatriotic" to protest the foreverwars and creation of DHS. We were "too idealistic" to demand higher wages and taxing rich people. We were "unrealistic" to demand accountability and alternatives to policing. And we were always "protesting wrong."
