I usually just do it straight from the can - drain/rinse and smash. I've done it with mayo like a regular chicken/tuna salad or sometimes I've used Greek yogurt instead. If they'd be into curry powder, it's very good with some of that mixed in too.

I've made "chicken" salad with smashed chickpeas instead of the chicken. Very tasty and can easily be spiced up.

Agreed - currently blowing through audiobooks while cranking out knit & crochet Xmas presents!

The only one I try to avoid is hardback, because they're too bulky. Would much rather have a cheap mass market paperback for actual reading (hardbacks are nice for display).

I wish I didn't like reading physical books so much, swapping to solely ebooks would be way more convenient and space saving.

Catch-22 is one of my all-time favorites, it's fantastic. The Fifth Season is also amazing, though brutal at times.
