She adopted us 2+ years ago. She’s a great huntress, but a terrible spotter. She keeps workouts interesting.

Consistency with lifting and running makes all the difference. I run faster when I’m doing both.

It is. Our Archie is 4 1/2. He and his brother, Nova were born in an old abandoned car. We adopted them in May 2020.
