Can’t help but think we are going to see this pattern all winter long. Places like eastern mass that used to get pummeled by snow will get rain only while only elevations will get snow (and less than they used to). Ocean temps still high and preventing coastal snow. Aside from the fact that Zillow is a shithole corrupt organization, this is directly an attack on consumers. Insurance payments, long term value, and maintenance costs of a home are all effected by climate change and should be disclosed on every real estate listing.
Lol, Zillow tried to rate the climate risks facing individual properties. The real estate industry *hated* it, precisely because it worked -- it made selling risky properties more difficult. So they rebelled & Zillow caved.

Aside from the fact that Zillow is a shithole corrupt organization, this is directly an attack on consumers. Insurance payments, long term value, and maintenance costs of a home are all effected by climate change and should be disclosed on every real estate listing.
