Been trying to learn character and monster art, so been using a reference and try to twist to make a hopefully original piece from the reference image

So took a week or so relaxing and such, refresh the brain and such, so was playing #VampireSurvivors while watching videos to learn character art and umm...

IT'S WORKING! The detection system is working!
I had combined both ideas I had, and now it works!
Now all I have to do is work on the split detection, which shouldn't take long, and then the core mechanic is complete!

In sight of Twitch screwing up, by giving some good updates, but throwing in a AI art emote, I decided to make my own Santa Hat Cat, Specifically, @arthurabbott.bsky.social 's cat!

So lil update, thanks to people on discord I fixed up a bug I was having with the movement, so now the split characters wont vibrate when moving towards each other!

Currently not finished with the #pixelart piece, but here is a little update!
As for game development, it's been slow but steady, working on a better movement system so I can get the fuse and split mechanic working without issues
So that's today's update, hopefully art piece finished tomorrow
