I read on X, there’s a long history of hatred between Indian Americans and Black Americans. I don’t think it’s that extreme. Bad apples blah blah.

Missouri is one of the most ‘difficult’ states for employment and improvement. Also rampant corruption and racism, from what I’ve heard. This is one of the tackiest form of generating revenue, but doubtful that the fine folks there will receive a penny.

This is infuriating & disgusting. The fact is this practice is going to be normalised so that if a patient suffers a heart attack while in surgery, the doctor can deny the repair and even if the patient comes out alive, insurance can deny any claim as PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS. Food for thought.

Bunked the day after. Did 15 minutes of simple home exercises. Very very sore. No remarkable amount of sweating. But I’m going to continue working out. Onward and upward 💥

Started working out after years. Always had thousands of reasons to not to. But today I did a simple 20 minute workout (no YouTube videos, no podcast involved) with what I knew. Basic stretching and yoga. There’s a small amount of sweating and it feels great.
I am almost inclined to not give up.
