Distantly watching my ex go through some of the pain I went through after our break up over another guy is interesting. Feel sorry for him, but also reminds me that I need to dump more love on myself. Life’s tough especially since I’m alone a lot. Makes healing tough.

I saw a food item in a Kwik Trip truck stop that had over 4,000 mg of sodium. That is medically unsafe and ought to be illegal.
