I'm not surprised that TfGM quietly removed the complaints option from the phone service. They also just ignore email complaints. The aim isn't to provide good customer service. They honestly don't care.

For the past year, I have been complaining about services I have to deal with. Often late, often by 30+ minutes. The UK government requires an ontime performance of 95%, but my service is more than half of that, as revealed by FOI.

I'm not American, so I expect there is more to United than I am aware of. However, it isn't a budget airline, so I suspect you're not on a budget.

Why not let it be a tax on United Patrons. If you have enough money to live in Long Island, own a car, and fly on United, surely you can spare a bit of money for using roads. Sort of a wealth tax.

What even worse is when they justify terrible and illegal parking because they are working. Delivery someone's shopping for Sainsburys is not a valid excuse.

THEY TAX IT? Why do they tax it?

It often annoys me when I see things like powered by [company]. They don't need to be involved, everything could be done by the local government.

The revenue is often reinvested into improving public transport and infrastructure, ensuring those who contribute to congestion help fund solutions that benefit everyone.

Congestion charging is a fair and practical fee for using busy roads during peak times, encouraging more efficient use of road space and reducing overcrowding.

Dare I say, to be fair to the DailyMail, it isn't a standard black and white pedestrian crossing. Although quite frankly crossings like this one have a long history, so it is odd they are considered "woke."

Fury as it's revealed councils have spent £200,000 on crossings
Councils have spent more than £200,000 on woke pedestrian crossings since 2019, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

I did actually look up the article, and it does refer to crossing with nice artistic design. However, the Mail will call anything woke. It is a matter of time before they say drinking tea is woke.

It is also important to note that many stations that are supposedly accessible aren't. Many stations have ramps that are too steep or many other similar issues.

Even if the platform is step-free, boarding the train very rarely is. Time to make new regulations and buy new trains.

Question 1 on the consultation doesn't even recognise that it is possible to be a cyclist and not a driver/pedestrian.
