through my journey of growth, i’ve finally come back to being able to cry. for years, i was either (1) mad/upset, (2) felt nothing, or (3) cried when “i was supposed to.” today, i realized i now cry naturally and presently. the blockage has lifted some. i’m becoming more free ❤️.
