Thin Mints & Samoas have been my gotos for my Cantillon/3 Fonteinen stash

A Thomas Hardy exactly one year past its prime would be my pairing for this new cookie.

Porter/stout are naturals for Tagalongs or Trefoils.

My wife worked full time for GS of Westchester doing cookie sales. I have opinions

One of the suitcases i brought home was full of 20 750 mL bottles of lambic, 75 covid tests, and European sunscreen. If we were living in normal times, I'd be working on campaigns to legalize European sunscreens that our FDA just never got around to considering.

Just looked him up and apparently Puck is a serial woman-beater, so I'm surprised he's not in the cabinet

Some of them are private label manufacturers (eg if Wegmans has a store brand made in Italy). In total, it will be about 12% of the pasta currently sold in the US.

FWIW, Barilla has arguably done the work after their CEO's bigotry. They're one of the brands not quietly erasing DEi initiatives now.
How Barilla used its CEO’s homophobic comments to reshape the company’s image
Unlike Chick-fil-A, Barilla used its anti-LGBTQ scandal as a catalyst for conversation and inclusivity.

Wait someone's mad about people talking about Bond instead of basking in the joy of not having to care about every single thing people are talking about? I'm glad I haven't seen it yet.
Keep Bond posting, friends. Whatever keeps you going
My timeline is full of people discussing James Bond for some reason that I only dimly grasp because I've never been into James Bond. No need to tell me, I'm perfectly happy seeing people enjoy themselves discussing something they love even though I'm not involved.

See? Was that hard? #subtweet

There's nothing that happens in Chicago that can't be done in Munich, but it will deprive int'l students from learning US beer culture (and from US profs who can't travel), and it will make the programs generally less accessible to American students. What shitty news

Every person who voted for Cuomo but was too embarrassed to admit it will be at this event (aside: I googled first to make sure LMM wasn't a huge Mamdani supporter who deserved a break here; seems all LMM has said about Mamdani is he wants to play him in a musical)
