Almost done. It doesn't need to be perfect, but it needs to at least be decent. Eventually this is all getting ripped out and replaced anyway.

The world is in chaos, but it's nice to just ignore it for a little while and pretend our government isn't a dumpster fire.

All the base work is done. With new, waterproof backer board, there shouldn't be any more rot in the future, and even though the seams are caulked, I'm going to add a waterproof membrane coating before adding the tile back.

Trial and error, but almost ready for tile. Tbh, it was a lot easier than I expected. Once I have a lot more time, might just redo the whole bathroom.

Rotten backer board, mold, and, oh yeah, ants...

At least it still functions as a bathtub.
