A few more checks needed but a new LOPT has fixed this Atari ST monitor for @museumofcomputing.bsky.social
The HR STVDST-01 TV simulator is a useful tool for confirming the old LOPT was faulty before replacing it. The old LOPT has a strange bulge which could be from a winding breaking down.
