Okay so it's a Star Trek Voyager scene but you can't really tell because we're in some insane horror movie clown room. There's a bunch of weird characters about, like this big round jet black mascot looking furry creature with a giant mouth and menacing white teeth, that thing is standing next to a little person with curly blonde hair in a ballerina tutu thing wearing facepaint. In the background are a couple of ballerina looking carnival folk also wearing Eyes Wide Shut type face masks dancing dramatically. The scary black mascot monster thing and ballerina are focused and looking down towards a sad and sulking clown* wearing a gray outfit that seems made out of a fleece blanket material. (Probably supes cozy) He's sitting like a pouty widdle boy with his elbows on his knees and his chinsey winsey resting on his handsy wandsys. Jesus and the Devil, caught at a Coldplay gig
