they just keep asking why you stopped. they advise on shit that you've tried but didn't work. they suggest "new" methods that you've read about in depth millions of times. and in the end you just fall on your back and cry as you feel disgusted by how much of a failure you are.

Update: i finally accepted that today is a "do nothing" day but then a house-chores zoomie took over and i did half of what i wanted to do tomorrow.
