Rather than start with a firm show concept, we allowed our show to tell us what it wanted to be. What we now have is a show that highlights diverse comedians, champions literacy with free book giveaways and promotes women authors of color. If you agree that we need laughter and literature, join us.

I didn’t grow up in a culture that had sweet sixteen or a bat mitzpha, but I knew I became a woman when one day, out of the blue, my very Christian mom finally started using curse words around me 🫡
